Artist Studio

  • 4-6 week build

  • £18,000

  • The ask was for a suitable space for an artist studio - this was a challenging build given the limited space! This studio was constructed of timber, with an EPDM rubber roof membrane with 50 year lifespan. Fully insulated with underfloor heating, power and bespoke lighting.
